with modio you can create themes from pics on your desktop and save them as a file you can put on ur console, tho thats about all modio is good...
prolly a stupid question but did you run it thru abgx 1st? burn at 2.4, the slower the better, also sometimes its just the disc, try another one...
the only other thing i can think of is to delete the tu's again and clear your cache, if that doesnt work i have no clue ;(
