you could destroy all items on your game, yes everything and then dig 36 dirt, and mod it again (make sure u have a backup)
in my opinion if you want your save to work i will destroy every single item on the game, everything.. chuck it all into lava or burn it all...
change the skin from the DLC skin to the default player 1 skin (steve)
depends how he got over 64, duplicating it will not, but adding more then 64 into it from the mod tool then its a possiblity,
i know for a fact that alot of items which are not in this version of minecraft will corrupt the save, so attempting to correct me will not...
if he added items which are not in the game version, it will destroy the save. which im going to assume is what he has done here..

are you sure you have items in your inventory? if yes, the only fix i can think of is if i come into your world, fill my inventory full of...
did you check to see if the save will load up on xbox?
