This error is caused by a faulty/corrupted download, first thing you need to do is make sure the current 360rev.exe file is on your desktop...
could you add a screen shot?
it does it for me when i have DLC skins on. (or a person in the game has them on) delete the skin packs from your HDD, remove system cache...
