im not 100% sure i never made the save for achievements, maybe if you load one of the first two playthroughs you will get the few for all areas...

updated now has all platinum medals and new york in a minute hardcore is unlocked
apparently they always corrupt sooner or later , the best thing to do as they will work for the first time loaded is resign the save to a 2nd...

in the editor change the last visited fast travel to sanctuary and it will spawn you there as long as you have got that far already
