yeah i would say so ,also extract the default.xex first then change the too you downloaded then replace the default.xex when your finished.
the one i downloaded was gta iv ,is the other one the sco compressed and decompressed if so im unsure and they look like there for a j-tag trainer...
so your got the none j-tag files ,they are script_network.img script.img in the iso look under DLC2 then common then data then there under cdimage
