Special Weapons Saves 04/06/2016

This save includes some E Tech weapons, I think most of them. I will try to add other specials later. They are in the bank for now, but when you take them out you will be able to keep them. I added some upgrades in the bank, so you should be able to have a bigger bank, backpack, and able to carry four weapons. I changed all the weapons levels to 50, I noticed that they were at level 0. I also added the SaveGame.sav so you can mod it if you want.
