you are in the 360 iso modding section so i assume you are trying to replace a modded file into an iso. if so, use xbox backup creator's image browser tool to open the iso, then right click and replace the original file with the modded one. burn and you are good to go.

what file won't open? the iso or your .rars? xgd3 format has allowed them to push the image to the edge of the disc. if you download the burnermax payload tool, you should be able to burn xgd3 to your standard dual layer disc.
