    This Is A Tutorial How To Update Your Current Dash to The New 16197 And 16202

    Requirements

    RGH/JTAG
    USB Or FTP (Up To You)
    Flash360 - http://www.mediafire.../?lnfzm3rgizud9
    J Runner - http://www.mediafire...82a7iiqwyh89ywb
    Password = Whats My XPG Name?
    CPU Key - Turn On Xbox With The Eject Button Get A Blue Screen Xell It Will Load All The Way Down And You Will See A CPU Key And Drive Key.. Write Down The CPU Key
    NAND - You Get With Flash360
    Have Atleased Completed The 5th Grade


    Getting NAND
    1. Put Flash360 Folder In USB
    2. Connect USB To JTAG Open XEX menu and Open The Flash360 Folder
    3.Run Flash360 And Press (A,A) Then Back Out Of It
    4.Go Back To Xex Menu,Flash360 Folder Now You Should Have A Flashdmp.bin File

    Creating IMG
    5.Connect USB Back To PC
    6.Open J Runner (Run As Admin On Vista Or 7)
    7.Open You NAND

    7.The NAND Is The Flashdmp.bin File On The USB
    8.Windows Will Pop Up Asking What Is Your Xbox Xenon,Falcon,etc... Click Which One You Have
    9.Add A Dash
    *Click On Add Dash
    *Window Will Pop Up And Scroll Down And Click The Dash 16.197 or 16.202 And Press Add Dash

    10.Right Top Click The Console Your Updating JTAG,RGH,RGH2,etc...
    11.Add The CPU Key

    Once It Load Click On Create Image Box

    12.Once It Saids Image ready In The Black Box - You Can Close J Runner

    13.Now Go To The J Runner Folder And You Should Have A New Folder With Number
    14.Theres A File In There Called updflash.bin
    15.Put File In USB And Go Connect It Back To The Console

    Fun Starts
    16.Go To Flash360 And Run It
    17. Now Your Going To Press (A,B,START,START,A)

    VERY IMPORTENT PART
    18.Once Done Its Going To Say Press Any Key To Exit Press (B,B)
    19.Its Going To Automatically Turn Off
    20.Once Counter Hits 0 UNPLUG POWER CABLE FOR 30 SEC Yes 30 SEC Go Pee Or Something

    21.Turn On JTAG And :eek:mg2:
    You Should Be On The New Dash Congrats

    when i run flash360 on my rgh/jtag i get a error:'updflash.bin' not found
    do you know why i am getting this error?

    nevermind i got it pressed X then A in step 3 lol

    H2B, Thanks it worked well but now the 360 is asking for a Kinect Update when I plug the kinect in. What is the safe way to update that?

    i thought the latest update is 16203?

    But anyway great tutorial may wanna update the "getting nand" part due to, To be able to get the nand on flash 360 you have to press x then a a :p

    Other than that, Great tutorial keep up the great work ;)

    just wondering why do we have to turn power off for 30 sec (yes i know it essential). but why is it essential besides bricking up the 360.

    my xbox wont start when i eject my dvd drive :mad:
    it just keep making some wierd sounds and it wont start

    How do i load Flash360 and run it. I did everything before and my xbox boots but only to nxe dashboard

    Hey guys, followed this tutorial after i power cycled it, it won't start up, just 3 red flashing rings. Any ideas?
