Microsoft has announced Xbox One voice commands will only be available in five regions at launch. So those in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France and Germany will be able to use their voice to control the Xbox One dashboard and the like at launch, but those in Australia, Austria, Brazil, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Spain and New Zealand will be out of luck. The list of regions was posted on the Xbox One overview here, and at the very bottom.
