So I am wondering about how you download the file of a game then get to play it on your xbox without actually purchasing the game? Could someone help me out on what that is called and maybe a tut that I can look at. Thanks!
Well there is all kinds of methods to do this. You have RGH/Jtag which is basically a modified xbox to run unsigned code. You will not be able to use this on xbox live. Then there is a flashed xbox, which allows you to burn games on a disc and play them. There are also ODEs like xk3y, wasabi, x360loader, etc. Those allow you to play games off of an external drive. These methods are not necessarily safe for xbox live play, because there is always some risk, but people do play online with these. I would say start reading through the JTAG/RGH Section on here if this interests you. You will find info all over the place.
