What Does Buffer Rate do in IMG Burn it always gives me I/O error on Max and when reset no errors?Vi

Reinstall Image Burn and use the default settings. You dont need to touch anything to do a perfect burn as long as you don't burn faster than 4x speed. Let the program set the layerbreak for you and don't change it. If your games fail to install at 50% it is a layerbreak issue so don't change default the settings that imgburn sets for you. Also don't expect all iso modded games to install either. XGD2 can be burned using ANY DL DVD drive on any DL Disc it is only XGD3 that needs Ihas burners and verbatim discs and thanks to the payload tool available on this site you can burn XGD3 with tons of drives no problem. It all depends on what media you are using and stuff like that and how your IMGBurn is set up and so on and so forth

Ohh is it cos ABGX creates a .DVD file which you then select to burn in ImgBurn. And my dvd says this when i open in hex...

Calculate optimal does exactly what it says and it will still work even if there is no dvd file present. A while back before the LT 3.0 FW came out you did have to specify the layer break but that created problems, the games still played but wouldn't install. If you have a good rip with no read errors, patch it through ABGX and use the default settings for imageburn your games will work perfectly at 2.4 speed(recommended) up to 4x. But modded games may fail to install when xbox tries to read the modded data, though it's definetly more common with LT 3.0 games. Your working harder than you have to so just relax and do some practice burns if you need more help PM me and I will happily run you through it, I been doing it since xbox one so I do know something about it.

P.S. You can be banned from xbox live for having a flashed console, playing copied games or modded games so if you want live just don't pay for a yearly subscription and you minimize the loss.
