How do i extract these Trainers on xbox?

 

First thing do you have a RGH\JTAG?

 

On my rgh jtag don't work ... press start+back but always "screenshot successful" and no trainer !! :dntknw:

Could i get some better instructions, like what program do i need to open nba file and stuff like that, i used FlashFXP, but i cant find default.xex
