was this the original way to load the single trainers?? for dashlaunch users with fsd? because this was the only way i could get single trainers to work ( making it\them the 2nd plugin in dashlaunch) can i add more single trainers to plugin 3,4 & 5? and would they load on boot or is it best just loading one single trainer at a time. thanks alot.
good man rocky, i actually have deadpool extracted just need to copy it to my external, so ill also give it a try in 20mins time, personally speaking i think this is the best option for single trainers. Paracrypt said there will be a new option for people loading single trainers coming this weekend, not sure what that is or if its the same as your tut. this will do really well in the mean time, one single trainer at a time is better than not having any at all. the option combined with the multi trainer is amazing.
@Rocky, you may want to read on here......I know it's that other site but allow this one link XPG lol it's to help the community only. http://www.xbox360iso.com/retrobyte-deadpool-trainer-t697043.html?p=4814748#post4814748 On there is a pictured and more noob friendly (i guess) tutorial that will allow you to not have to open Dashlaunch and change XYZSingleTrianer to a plugin every time. Maybe you could even add it to a tutorial to help people as it would be appreciated.
i created this tut earlier after hours of me not knowing how to use the single trainers and asking lots questions here (to you guys) i finally understood. i then figured that i should create a temp folder with xyztrainer, xyzpatcher and the xyzm folder, then all i had to do was add the xyzsingletrainer for each game i wanted (rename the folder and add to hdd) hope it helps others as i tried my best to make it as user friendly as possible. i hope i dont offend anyone by posting it there, i didnt know if i should post it here. sorry if its caused any unrest
can any one help me so i was watching the video and have 2 plug ins think i have messed up because it just boots into 360 screen no dash launch cant ftp to remove ini file its a slim 360 think i am bugged
yeah thats your launch.ini not letting your xbox boot. format a memory stick to fat32, download this launch.ini and add it to root of fat32 stick. https://mega.co.nz/#!OgIjxKJa!fFCTf1tzyfP7e_OjVjLgS3CxwNBpzJZpy36LNxeo5S8 then boot xbox, it should boot into your ms dashboard, then run xex menu from games (assuming you have it installed on your xbox hdd) and take your original launch.ini and make changes. let me know if this works, cheers
all is good, i had the same problem not so long ago, usb comes before hdd in sequence so you can always use the usb stick if it every happens to you in future, glad you sorted it yourself.
It don't offend RETROBYTE at least, actually grateful for your attempt to help people out, it's appreciated. "i then figured that i should create a temp folder with xyztrainer, xyzpatcher and the xyzm folder, then all i had to do was add the xyzsingletrainer for each game i wanted (rename the folder and add to hdd)" <- this is what I intended people to do for those that are used to running the single trainer from the game folder or somewhere, similar to how rocky was doing in the video. If you are using the updated XYZPatcher on the XYZTrainer thread then you won't need "XYZTrainer.xex" in the "temp folder", you only need it as a plugin. so XYZTrainer will start at boot every time, and then you have the option of using a XYZSingleTrainer of your choosing when your console has booted by navigating to the folder and clicking XYZPatcher.xex. A video of that would be very helpful to the community.
