Caboose, anyone, i keep getting this error.. when i try to extract to desktop. http://i45.tinypic.com/ea5maw.jpg
make sure you have .net 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 installed make sure you Run As Admin (Win 7/Vista) turn off UAC (Win 7/Vista) make sure you are right clicking the save in the right hand window
Do I just plug the usb into my computer? I ask because I use a usb drive that isn't specifically made for xbox. When I plugged it into my computer, it didn't recognize it as a xbox usb drive, so I was wondering if I did something wrong.
Correct. U should use programs like 360revolution so you it does see your USB. When its formatted for the 360 your PC will not see it. Another program for checking a xb360 formatted USD is USBXTAFGUI or Horizon. 360rev is available here: http://www.xpgamesaves.com/pages/360revolution
how do i upload a SaveFile i have downloaded through 360 revoloution ? at the moment i get a error when starting my game
i have a problem my xbox is jtag so i don't have xbox 360 drive but i use common hdd drive formated in fat3 i think it was. I want to put a save into it but when i start 360 revolution and press file the program just can't find my hdd. please help
Try to use xtaf to extract the save and then open it on 360rev Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk 2
the problem is not the save it is that i can't find my hdd to put the save in it when i click open drive the dialog box where u have to select your hdd is empty. And i also used xstaf but the problem is the same can't find the hdd. But the hdd is still visible in the computer and i can put there games only these two programs can't find it
hdd or usb? hdd can be tricky sometimes. make sure you have transfer cable or xport plugged into computer. make sure any needed drivers are installed as well. i would use an xbox 360 formatted usb drive instead. makes it easier. make sure you rehash/resign your saves to your ID's.
It is external 500 GB and yes there is transfer cable and yes it is xbox 360 formated but i can't still find it
external 500 gb hdd won't open in any xbox hdd tools since it is not fatx formatted. if it is an external drive then it is fat32. they don't make a hdd that size. browse the hdd in windows explorer. If you have an external that is that big that you are using it must be a jtag/rgh then since you can't put gamesaves on external drives that big and use them on your retail. browse the hdd through ftp and if you have saves on that drive they will be in Content\0000000000000000\GameID\00000001\GameSaveHere
