[TUT] Get any language you want in Watch_Dogs

This is great. I'll personally never use it but I do have some friends who's first language isn't English so now they won't have to struggle when they come over to play.

Have already tried altering skuconfig.dat for pc Russian version. Seems it doesnt have the internal files for whatever reason to support other languages. When the options are changed to anything but russian there is no text in game.
