not to bring you down mate but you have much work to do as far as HD content, traffic, viewership, etc before thinking of any partnership they will look for all those things... Also a director for who? Cause Machinima is closed down in that area but offer other great job positions if you are willing to travel and have the work ethic. edit: youtube is no longer giving partnerships out hence so many networks have come on youtube to do just that
why not go for a better one mate? well why do you want a sponsorship like what ur main goal or focus? and what type of content will this channel be based on? edit i saw the channel and i say no hellz no mate, do not waste your time with this unless you want to make like paychecks with $2.00 on em even though a minimum of $50 has to be made before you will see anything. look at their stats what can they possibly offer you? go for someone with enough foundation at least. this is just my advice you are free to do what you want... I have 6 successful partnerships on youtube linked to oone adsense account. these guys have a fallen channel no way they can offer anyone anything worthwhile
lol i forgot about that part but there wont be any real money to ever give away on that channel for along time mate, unless some is willing to really revamp it and dedicated lots of time to it...if you truly understood the benefits of any partnership you would want it for more than branding options
