I don't have 2 controllers so I can't test, but take this offset Switch to any level offset=0x838A1251 vaule=Bytes A which will send you to metal harbor 1p level keep poking after you click any level in 2p until it stop loading note.. this isn't region free yet, so this might not work for everyone tell me the results, oh pick only sonic, shadow, for 2p
