Ok these are the steps I am currently taking: I went to my HDD and deleted every BS (BioShock) game save I had, I deleted the BS DLC, and then finally I deleted BS the Games on Demand game. So now currently in my HDD I have absolutely no evidence that BS was ever on here. Now using your link I went there and clicked to download the BS GoD and the BS DLC. They are currently downloading as I type. I have stupidly slow internet so odds are I won't be able to continue your steps till late tonight or possibly tomorrow. I will let you know as soon as I am able to give this another shot. I thank you for all the wonderful help you've given me and for not just throwing this issue aside.
There is two title updates for that game, one before free dlc was released, and the other after. Just download game first. Clear your cache. After Bioshock Installs, start game and you should get an update. When at the start screen. Quit, goto dashboard. Now download "Ryan Industries Plasmids and Gene Tonics" free DLC, once done start Bioshock again, you should get a title update. Then continue with the guide on post #20 of this thread. This Worked for me except I didn't delete the Bioshock GoD. :| And your most welcome. We will get this figured out

Ok so here is what I did: deleted everything related to BioShock off of my HDD. Cleared my system cache. Then I downloaded Bioshock Games on Demand version. Started up the game and got a 998kb update. Downloaded it then went to dashboard. Downloaded the DLC & booted back up Bioshock (no update this time). Started a game on hard and went to options and there was no option for me to disable Vita Chambers. I even took a picture to show you what my options look like. http://twitpic.com/c891lf
For some reason your game is not updating with the DLC :| , once the Free DLC is installed you should get a option in the start menu, after you start the game, Disable Vita Chambers on/ off. If you ever get this option you should hit on. I will look into this some more OK, One question When you went xbox.com and to the marketplace to download the Free DLC, Did you have your Xbox360 on and signed in? What I had to do to get it was, sign in at Xbox.com, and download it through there. Here is a link to Bioshock and all it's DLC. http://marketplace.x....5-d802545407d8 . If you scroll down you will see "Ryan Industries Plasmids and Gene Tonics" free DLC. Press the download to Xbox 360 button and go to your active downloads on your console (I would be signed in with the xbox on, just in case). If you did everything right it should show up and when you boot Bioshock, another title update will happen.
My xbox was on and I was signed in when I went to Xbox.com and downloaded the DLC. But yeah, the game only updates once but not again with the DLC like you and a bunch of other people are saying. Its confusing as to why its not working. :/
Good Question :| :dntknw: There may have been a Platnum hits edition with included DLC to. LIVINGDEAD4LIFE is using the Game on Demand version.
This is a confusing and annoying situation. I understand if you just don't want the headache of trying to figure it out but I do appreciate all the help and time you've put into this problem.

I don't know if it is or not. >.< If its helpful to figuring it out or not I am able to use all the other gamesaves in the set perfectly fine to unlock achievements (minus Brass Balls).
GoD and Physical copy have the same Game ID's, very few games have different ID's if they are different versions, only one that comes to mind are Batman Arkham Asylum and Batman Arkham Asylum GOTY, other than that they should all be the same, anyway I did have this similar issue sometime back when I was trying to get it using one of the saves provided by this site, I can't well remember much about how it was fixed and popped the achievement, but just check that everything is there, Profile/Console ID's on the save, DLC etc, one other thing you may try is installing the game to the HDD if the save doesn't work, not much help mate sorry but best of luck with fixing it
Can't install to HDD because its a games on demand game. But I have deleted it and re-downloaded it. Didnt work for the save though.
I wanted this achievment at first then i relized beasting this game with a trainer is just as fun ive run through this game a couple of times its just one of those i have nothing to do so lets beast bioshock kind of games
So update, I went on a completely different account and used the save set to unlock every achievement except for Brass Balls. That one won't work for the other profile either. Also the option to disable Vita Chambers isn't available for the other profile either. :/
