to hex the save all you need is a hex editor, hex workshop or whatever you choose. This will only work on checkpoint saves ie save_p_st0 saves. If you don't know your health value use avalon's editor to find the decimal health value for ryu or ayane then open the save up in the hex editor. Convert the decimal value to hex (you can google for a decimal to hex calculator) then use the hex editors find and replace function to locate the hex value for instance 5200 converted to hex is 1450 so i search the file for 1450. It should show up 3x in a row for ryu so 1450 1450 1450 change all of those values to F then rehash resign and load the save. This will give you some odd 64000 health which isnt infinite but it should help a lot if you are stuck. however if you use any attack or ninpo that heals you the health will go back to its default number so be careful not to counter grabs or use ninpo while using this trick
Is there a way to hex edit the health values for chapter challege and in the system data? Heck, what about unlockables for every character? I can't believe there is so little modding discussion on RE and absolutely noone posts their gamesaves.
I haven't found any of the values for for unlockables but it makes sense that they would be in system data what you could try doing is unlocking a costume or something and then compare the system data with one right before you unlocked it. As for karma and skill points for the other characters those are found in system data so just write down how many skill points you have and convert to hex and change in the system data. Other than that I don't really know I have tried to find unknown ninja experience values but failed. I am just a noob when it comes to hex editing.

You can't mod health over 9999. Although you can gain invincibility with -9999 in the health slots. Hope that helps. Anyways, has anybody else found unknown ninja values and willing to share?
Wow I've been trying to edit unknown ninja and I am lost. I compare two saves- one before I upgrade one level of health and the other after- and so much stuff changes in the hex editor I just don't understand. I'll try to post my results later. Hopefully someone would be willing to help or explain.
you can mod health over 9999 with a hex editor, dunno why your editor causes problems. As for the unknown ninja Fecal Leaking. I don't know about unlocks but it helps to start with a new SYS_Data file. For both exp and weapon exp every level you go up adds exp from the previous levels and the total is what is in the SYS_Data file, that goes also for the weapons. So Use a new file play just a bit then find the values was able to max out everything doing that. As far as unlocks go I don't know how they are stored, wouldn't be suprised if it was around the same area.

no offense but whenever it says ninja gaiden 3 save editor i expect it to be a save editor for the original. not razors edge. whenever you do this can you be more specific on the title.
I always see a lack of useful information in these forums so After an extensive use of this tool these are my useful information for the average modder like me; the tool mods the health for both Ryu and Ayane BUT it works only for manual saves (when you save with the bird) means you have to reach the first save point on your own.After that you can type -9999 (minus 9999) it s not infinite but it s a LOT.Don t use nimpo or press Y again when you are tryin to perform a finisher because you gain health and you get reset.After any manual save you get reset.After any skull arena you get reset and usually the next save point is far away so be careful.Nimpo mod works only once when you load the save.Didn t try the score modding.Don t upgrade your health bar using karma or you get reset.Thanx to the creator and I always hope to see a tool for NG3
