Some important information for those of you with Jailbroken PS3 consoles. Sony is rolling out a new update over the next few hours which will be firmware 4.78, if you are on a Jailbroken console.. DO NOT UPDATE. If you are running a jailbreak then stay offline until a custom firmware (cfw) is created and released for 4.78 or a new spoofer is released. So stay offline until CFW 4.78 is released or a new spoofer... you have been warned! 4.78 OFW PS3 update 4.78 will delete the Facebook app from the console as it looks like Facebook are now longer willing to support it. The 4.78 ofw will be available to download from Here when Sony updates the page.

thanks for the warning but my son did it yesterday, i was in the kitchen :| i wanted to jailbreak this playstation, can u guide me thru the process. it s probably not possible yet because of this stupid update. but every information is good to know
