I modded my save only to 9999 because I wasn't sure how much gold was enough, I spent most of it at the first shop I came to. I tried to mod it again and get the "object reference is not set to an instance of an object" message. I modded only gold. I will try again with another save and see what happens.
Hi, OByto: I tried to used your save mod for Dust, but I can´t make it recognize the modifications. I send you my file, hopping you can help me. I only want the max gold applied, nothing else. For your kind attention, thank you very much. :bye: Best regards, hmasterpanda
you might have modded it successfully, but you might be loading the wrong save. don't continue select load and see if the auto save and the manual save show the same gold.
Sorry, I might be doing something wrong. I use Load, but both the auto-save and the slot 1 are without mod applied. That is, no extra gold is added. I can´t undestand what is happening. Now I try to re-open the file with the save moddifier, and get the mes1age... Help!...
Strange. I get a new message: Error saving file! Non.negative number required. Parameter name: value Any clues?
Thanks for all your nice work OByto. I'm sure I am making something wrong, 'cause I keep getting the same error. What I do is: 1.- Save from ingame to the usb, both autosave and slot 1. 2.- Extract save with 360Revolution, get the 000... file. 3.- Execute and Open with save editor (both simple and as administrator). 4.- Get the error (even my stats are blank after opening the save file). Anyway, I'll keep trying. By the way. I'm using Windows 8 and using the "Games with Gold" game of Dust. Again, thank you very much.
I really dont understand. his mod doesnt work gives me an error everytime i go to save it. Talking about non-negative numbers mumbo gumbo lol
