Source Digital Spy Marvel Heroes has been assigned an official release date by Gazillion Entertainment. The free-to-play superhero RPG will be available to access on June 4, and the studio has launched a new trailer for the game to mark the announcement. Users who purchase premium content in advance will also be able to play the game early. Starter Pack purchasers can access the game on June 2, Premium Pack purchasers on May 31, and Ultimate Pack purchasers on May 28. Marvel Heroes features more than 8,000 characters from the Marvel Comics titles and the movie line they have inspired, including heroes and villains from the Marvel NOW! line. The game's director David Brevik recently told Digital Spy that the game will feature content from the Marvel Studios movies, including the upcoming Iron Man 3.
