What steps are you taking? And are you on pc, xbox, ps3?

And the steps you are taking? Are you extracting your profile and opening that up in the hex editor or what??? Tell me the steps you are taking...

 

i get the gears game save then i extract it then open HxD then i search the ammo number and and its not working or it shows it then when i mod it its wrong

Here is a video of how to Mod your exp on GOW2... This is the closest thing I could find...If it is possible in the new gears of war to do the same thing then it is most likely very similar in how it is done....Also you don't just open your save in a hex editor... usually you have to find .dat files or extract profiles and open those in a hex editor... you also need to be using a hex converter to be finding values and calculating digits from hex to dec and vice versa..Hope this helps bro...good luck..
