    I installed dashlaunch and it worked perfect it then asked to update so I click update not xbox360 dashboard update a dashlaunch update ? Have I bricked my console ?

    can you boot into xell by turning the the console on with the eject button?

    did u have a back up of your nand? if so you can use a usb nand flasher and it might be able to get up and going.
