GTA EFLC Common.rpf with Water and Fast Speed Download

    (Thanks to liamcookie97 for telling me how to do this)

    Simpaly open XBC(XboxBackUp Creator) Load your GTA ISO
    Extract the default.xex , replace common.rpf with this one
    provided and then place any other mods you have
    then when finished replace the default.xex with the one
    you extracted, close the image. Then go ahead and
    burn in IMGBurn ;)
