Right guys, Been reading through all the forums and it appears there are some issues we're needing to address. As Alex has said plenty of times, there are loads of new features being added and improved for the Autobuyer this year, that sets our AB miles apart from any other of our "competitors". The simple fact is that when Alex is being troubled day in and day out for updates, you are preventing him from actually coding these updates. The latest updates are now being shown on a progression bar on our website, which will let you track each update. We can all expect updates very shortly for: - The speed of the buyer - ALL consumables - The sync system errors - Any reported bugs with the program As I'm sure most of you were with us for FUT13, you will all understand the work that goes into coding a CHEAT. Anyone that purchases the Gemini AB, or any other AB understands that they are breaking EA's Terms and Conditions and therefore cheating on FIFA UT - Please understand that we are OBLIGED to prevent you from getting banned using our software, and we are only around a month into FUT14. Please expect 2-3 months of weekly updates before the product is perfect. In regards to refunds for the Gemini Autobuyer, our Terms and Conditions clearly state that we will not accept any refunds for the product as we are 100% sure that it will be at its best very soon. Again bringing up the point that you are paying for a cheat, which stops you having to do any of the manual trading that others have to do. Therefore I urge you to stick with us and accept that there is a lot of work for us to do in the meantime. If you're thinking of trying another autobuyer, all that I know of are subscription based so go ahead and try them for a month or so - When you come back to us, you will find the updates will massively outdo any of our competitors. Unfortunately I also have to address the idea of chargebacks, or disputes with Paypal. GeminiAutobuyer have an understanding with Paypal regarding disputes and we will always win these disputes for three reasons. Number 1, you are paying for intangible goods, meaning Paypal do not cover these items. Number 2, you are purchasing cheats against EA's terms. Number 3, Paypal are working in conjunction with our terms and conditions, which clearly state we will not accept refunds. Guys this is not to put you off out of arrogance but we urge you to stick with us until we get all the new features perfected - Once we receive any disputes from paypal, the license holder will have his/her license permanently terminated and will not be able to use our services again. There are usually a few simple fixes for the errors you are experiencing with our Autobuyer, listed are a few simple fixes you can try: - Run the Autobuyer in Administrator Mode - Ensure you are logged OUT of the web app when using the buyer - Check your player lists, only the right players will make you profit - Run the Autobuyer on a second administrator account - Redownload the buyer or check our website for updates! - Check your Autobuyer settings, sometimes just a ticked box will stop your buyer from working correctly. - Check your connection, if you are losing connection often then it may be down to your internet speed. If you are downloading your porn at the same time as running the AB, it may cause it to slow down or even crash. Finally, the latest updates on the eagerly awaited Coin Hack. As you all know this has only been released to 6 customers on a first come first serve basis. Now I can confirm as of our last update that the coin hack IS working, however due to the number of coins that it is making, EA are banning accounts that are using it. As I've said many times over Skype, our first priority is to make you guys coins, our JOINT FIRST priority is to stop you from being banned by EA when using our software! I know Alex has been promising the release of this program for a while and everyone that has bought it is frustrated, even doubting that the program exists. Believe me we would be in more trouble than it's worth charging £500/pop for a fake program - And what would stop us from selling to more than 6 people? Our conscience? We have only sold to 6 people because of the simple fact that the more people running our coin hack, the less coins it will make each user. Rest assured that the program WILL release eventually, and after selling 5million coins worth, you will have made your money back and then some! I know I've said this a lot here but stick with us lads - Good things come to those who wait, even if these good things cost £25, £50 or £500! We promise that these products will be updated and slowly but surely perfected in the coming weeks. Hi Fredman, First of all check that all your buying and selling prices are logical. Check your Anti Virus isn't blocking our Program and run the program as administrator. Follow the other steps that I suggested on the first post, as the problem seems to be your end buddy. If you're still having problems then explain exactly how you set everything up, screenshot your settings and post back here. Cheers
Jon the problem is general mate. No one from PS3 can buy or sell players. The AB can't just really access to account. It says that is connected, but in reality there's no access to the account
If a players lowest BIN is 1000 and I set it to buy at 900 how illogical can this be ? Also my DL speed is over 50mb and my ul speed nearly 10 a second my connection is one of the better ones out there in general. I tried it on laptop, tried it on my desktop. Have no firewall etc. closed it out run as administrator, closed out webapp and all the precautions that come with it. Re-made the players list multiple times that I'm almost through all players going for as low as 50 coins profit. From my over 60 hours of testing I've maybe bought like 10 players total. I'd really appreciate some help with this through skype or whatever to sort this out by tests etc. If you need screenshots or whatever let me know. I just want to properly use this.
The problem is, is that the AB as it stands now is not even close to some of the competitors, one of which I use while I wait for the updates. Running them both with the exact same inventory, the m10 picked up 15 cards while the other 97... The subscription assumption is also incorrect, as there are others on the market that are one time fee, including the one I use. Saying the AB will be miles ahead of the others can only be backed up by actions, and its not right now. Now I have been a loyal customer since the beginning of FIFA 13, and I liked the program then, and I want to like the program now, and Im rooting for Alex, but in the past couple of weeks I feel as if there has been some disrespect towards the customers, when in reality we deserve an apology. Also with PayPal, your account can get shut down for too many disputes, so you have to be careful. I mean no disrespect by this post, I just hope Alex will change his attitude a bit, as he was strong during FIFA 13 but he cannot get overly confident and leave his customers by the wayside.
Right so it seems all PS3 users are having problems, if this is the case then Alex will be looking into this and getting it fixed asap! @Typhoon20 - We are employing support staff to deal with issues like yours very soon, as I only deal with sales, unfortunately I can't help you much over Skype...All I can say is that trading is tough and to make a LOT of coins with the number of people using ABs now, you need to be running around 100 players on your list.
Hey bud, I understand that our buyer is still in its beta stages as far as the creation goes but Alex is one guy working on a LOT of new features that the other buyers simply don't provide. The speed of the buyer is obviously an issue we are addressing as we are having the same reports back from a lot of people. As for Alex's response to his customers, yes he's on edge and may be perceived as ignorant with his responses to customers, but again I assure you that he's working on every single aspect of the buyer at the same time and is only human. If I have my way with this then I will be able to update you all daily via this forum, rather than having every single customer asking alex on skype when the next update is coming out. Stick with us mate.
