    Its still in progress.
The editor reads all the weapons but I still need to finish with a few other functions then test out if it writes correctly.

    No ETA at the moment.

Can this work for the PS3? I would like to see that since I have DW8 for the PS3 and I suck at Hex Editing. XD

please include your save and I'll take a look at it. it shouldnt have caused an error since all the values and IDs have been included in the editor.

It seems it only does it for the Emperor's Blade. Not sure why exactly (considering I have the Emperor's blade as well and didn't have that error), but you can still edit all other weapons as well as everything else on that Emperor's Blade if you hit "Continue". You just won't be able to edit that weapon into something else -- until I find a way around that.

Hi does skill and status hack really works ? I'm tried to edit the skill lv to 100 but can't see any difference on the game. It's has same effect with skill lv 20. And about the status I think the max is 1000. We may edit the attack / def to 2000 or more but in the end your status will remain at 1000.

    Yes it works

the game's max is 1000 (though the editor goes as far as 9999 -- game's max is still 1000)
The additional stats past 1000 (in-game) can be added with character skills.

Generally speaking, I did this in case anyone who has used a trainer prior to editing their save I've seen the max on a character hit 9999 so I didn't want the editor to throw up an error report and users complaining that the editor does not work. The game has a specific max value in which you can exceed that in the save itself but the game will read and only take in effect it's max, nothing past it.

So, I am having issues. I and done everything I would while editing the save but while unlocking all the weapons and editing them not all of them have gone through and I had lost majority of the weapons and all my animals. Any help?

You should not have lost anything (at least when it comes to the editor), the editor only reads and write whatever changes were made.
you can recreate your lost weapon/animals within the editor.

    If not let me know.
    Otherwise always create a backup.

    Thank's for the answer.
When I'm tried to edit Animal there are pop-ups likes "Dataviewgrid error". Does still safe to keep editing animal skill & status ?

Also I wanna ask about weapon editing. What is the actual limit for attack power ? for example If we edit attack power to 200 will this really deal more damage in the battle ?

Please upload your save and I will take a look at it. Meanwhile it should be perfectly fine to edit it still (always make a back up)

As for the weapons, same with all the other maxes. there is a max in the editor but the game will see its own max.

Just tested few hours ago. Everything is OK. It's really works likes a charm. The limit for weapon attack power is 255. I'm also tried to increases horse' speed to 900 and it was so damn fast.
But there are little problem for weapon/animal inventory. Some of my weapon and stormrunner ( cao cao'horse ) didn't show in the editor list.

Here is my game safe :

The editor (addressing the weapons) was given a specific block of data which was suspected to be contain all of the weapons at the time. When a player acquires more weapons pass that block of data, it is stored elsewhere in the save as an additional block.

So in your case you unlocked a few people, acquired alot of weapons (filled up that block of data) then unlocked more people. So for example 3 1 star weapons (duplicates with different affinities) you acquired by default from unlocking a character (after the initial weapon block was filled) count as additional and stored in the other additional weapons block elsewhere in the save (the same additional weapons block mentioned, that the editor does not read at this moment).

As for the animals, the editor reads all 30 slots -- it should read all the animals you have. I'll check for bugs in the save and/or in the editor when I am near by PC.
