I just switched to Time Warner Cable and there is more settings that I can change, like WAN Dynamic or Static. Then there's LAN IP settings. Which one is better of the two Dynamic or Static? If I change the Mac address for wireless network that also changes the IP, right?

Static is better if you want to set open ports. If you clone the MAC on the router that changes the ip for the entire network.

To answer your initial title question. M$ only flags mac ip addresses. But if you have retail and modded xbox's change your routers MAC address after hopping off a modded console because it has a possibility of banning all consoles on the network. Most stealth services have MAC spoofing so you dont need to worry about that.
