Bungie have been hit by the same squad that took down PSN and Xbox Live recently which has caused the servers to go offline for a brief period.

The 'Lizard Squad' have been rampantly ddosing different games servers recently such as League Of Legends and even Twitch has suffered from this spate of DDos attacks.

Today the group Tweeted Whats Your Destiny? Shortly after the Destiny servers were pulled down.

It was literally a few minutes after the first Tweet that the servers were knocked offline:

Not only were the Destiny servers knocked offline, but also some parts for Call Of Duty servers were also affected:

The service right now is intermittent due to these attacks, so if you planned an evening of farming on Destiny, you may as well forget it!
