Ok, so there are a grand total of 50 Achievements 9 of which are Secret with a total of 1,000 Gamerscore points to earn in the Xbox 360 and PC versions.

Deadpool Game Achievements Guide
1. The first one’s free! (10G) — Got off your well-toned bottom
2. I’m expecting company (10G) — Made a thousand pancakes
3. The second one is also free… (20G) — Was pretty
4. Makin’ a game! (20G) — Played with Deadpool’s junk
When you start the game you immediately get two achievements for free, nice!

Location: These achievements can be unlocked in the Campaign on Chapter 1: Home Sweet Home.
There are 14 items you need to interact with to unlock the “Makin’ a game!” achievement. They are:
· Living Room (6 items)
-Nap Time (lay on the couch)
-Watch TV
-Doggy style(pet the dog)
-Guitar Practice (air guitar)
-Make a call (call to Nolan North)
-Show and Tell (Bookcase)
· Bedroom (3 items)
-Blow-up Doll
-Use the Internets
-Check your Load Out (gun wall)
· Bathroom (2 items)
-Make a Stink Pickle (dump)
-Kill the germs (wash hands)
· Kitchen (3 items)
-Make Pancakes
-Look in the refrigerator (drink the beer until he stops)
-Pizza Time! (need to eat pizza, 4 bites)
5. In the lobby comboin’ your dudes (10G) — Scored a combo higher than 40 before they locked the elevators
6. 49 in 5 (10G) — Got from the studio lobby to the boardroom without dying in 5 minutes
7. The house that bounces (20G) — Completed “Job One”
8. Catch me if you can (10G) — Defeated Arclight while taking no damage from her slam attacks
9. Beer goggles (20G) — Used all three switches, defeated the two phasers, and chased after Vertigo within 60 seconds
10. No Chance in heaven (20G) — Completed “Taking A Chance”
11. Let’s try one more time… (10G) — Slapped Wolverine a bunch of times
Location: Can be unlocked in the Campaign on Chapter 4: Genosha.
Interact with the unconscious Wolverine and you can slap him for a while until Deadpool has had enough. The achievement is unlocked as the slapping session finishes.
12. Curious about Cable (10G) — Played WTF is Cable
13. Remarkably quiet (10G) — Killed 4 enemies in the Tower Plaza with stealth kills
14. Caribou’s Shoe (20G) — Completed “Genosha”
15. Fish out of water (10G) — Got through Toxic River without falling into or touching the water and taking damage
16. Social butterfly (10G) — Interacted with all the ladies at the Shower Surprise Party room.
Location: In Chapter 5: Landed in Prison when Deadpool is after Blockbuster to save Rogue.
Mingle with all the girls to unlock the achievement.
17. Silent and deadly (20G) — Got a stealth kill with every melee weapon in Sinister’s Lair without being detected
18. Lady Deadpool-like (20G) — Completed “Landed in Prison”
19. Officially a Carny (10G) — Got a high score at the Carnival
20. Diggin’ in the crates (10G) — Found 11 treasure chests in the darkness of the Tombs
21. ARRR-Rated (10G) — Beat “Death, Baby” while wearing the pirate hat
22. Poulos-Vision (20G) — Completed “Death, Baby”
23. Spawn more Deadpool-lords (10G) — Collected all DP points and ammo in the bathroom
24. PC LOAD LEAD-ER (10G) — Shot up the copier in the bridge offices
25. I can open doors! (10G) — Completed the Breach in 10 seconds
26. JR’s Big Adventure (20G) — Completed “The Road to Victory”
27. Let’s-a-Go! (10G) — Made it across the floating debris without falling
28. Suck it, Wolverine! (10G) — Completed “Front Gates of EEEEEEEVIL!” from start to finish without dying
29. It’s a trap! (10G) — Scored a combo of 75 or more while fighting up the stairs at the “Front Gates of EEEEEEEVIL!”
30. A Sinister smush (20G) — Completed “Front Gates of EEEEEEEVIL!”
31. I am Deadpool (30G) — Completed “Front Gates of EEEEEEEVIL!” from start to finish using only swords and pistols
32. No DP? No madness (30G) — Completed the game on Veteran difficulty
33. Know DP? Know madness (30G) — Completed the game on Ultra-Violence! difficulty
34. So you’ve got some free time? (50G) — Completed “Landed in Prison” without countering any attacks
35. Shall I? I Shanti! (50G) — In “Genosha,” reached the fan girl using only Hammers and Pulse Rifles
36. Taco Savior (10G) — Collected 100 tacos
37. Unbalanced (30G) — Purchased all Player Upgrades
38. Cole’d Blooded (50G) — Combo-ed an entire wave on any Gold-tier Challenge map
39. Pull the grenade, throw the pin (50G) — Killed a total of 15 enemies by holding cooked grenades
40. Drunk on power (50G) — Upgraded all weapons to max
41. Be like Joe (50G) — Banked a 300-hit combo

43. This game is rigged! (10G) — Shoot everything from the Wheel of Insanity (Balloons and the Cow)

45. Game Over! (20G) — Stealth Kill Sinister, in the Prison, with the Sword!
46. Patience is not a virtue (20G) — Choose the patience option all the way through the line in the Carnival
47. You’ve been Cole-slaw-tered! (20G) — Die 10 times in a row through the floating stairs
48. Only when he stops breathing (10G) — Set the Dialog Volume slider to zero
49. Gold rush (30G) — Complete five Gold Challenges
50. Shields up (30G) — Complete a Gold- or Silver-tier Challenge while countering at least 25 times
