You might need the Black Armor Weapons DLC that came with the Preorder!! This is a my save for the "max out devotion for a covenant". I used a starter save from here. Load the save and you will be at the iron keep level, go up the stairs and turn around and go across the bridge into the castle, take your first right and go all the way Straight and talk to the guy sitting down. Give him 1 dragon crest and it should pop. I don't know if it unlocks any other cheevos because I didn't test it on a dummy profile. Rehash & Resign!!! 50G

Tested and works, pops Selfless Giver 50G. No other achievements unlocked for me when loaded this save.

 

glad to know it works. has anybody tried joining any other covenants to see if the cheevo pops for theirs as well?
