    I also have 2 systems that don't work that were given to me awhile back but I never could fix them do to something to do with the motherboard.

    One I know has a TS-H943 drive (Toshiba/Samsung I believe) and the other I will have to locate to find out it's drive.

    If it is a newer system, take off the faceplate, and where the drive is, there is a hole on the bottom right of the drive. In there you can usually see a wire. If it's yellow, you got a Liteon, but if it's white, you got a benq!

    Oh man, I updated the NET frame thingy to 4 and now getting another error just opening the save in CONAN save editor on 360 Revolution.

    Error is as follows below:::

    Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click
    Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If
    you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

    Specified argument was out of the range of valid values.
    Parameter name: Begin offset or end offset is outside the bounds of the
    stream.

    Ok what now since this seams to be a new message I gotten here.
    Any sollutions???

    Thanks,

    Well I don't have one just at the moment now, do to I switch computers but something strange with the save I was trying to put through, it is showing in another program to have all that I added to it even though that error kept coming up so maybe it is working on this save after all this problems I am having.

    I will check tommorow and see if the save has what I want and if not I will send you the save FallenPredator.

    I will check on this tommorow also just to make sure I have it set to run as admin on the new PC I am using. I switched to an Intel PC from an Emachines one since I read something that intel is better at running these editors but I recall Dell being a better one or Sony PC.

    I will update further tommorow evening.

    Thanks,
    Badger1975

    Error------->

    wow this whole thing is rightfully confusing your trying to mod gamesavers but dont have gamesaves and your trying to mod a bunch of games at the same time with your editor? if your trying to run homebrew or emulators sad to say you need a jtag or a devkit or i think rgh's can do them too however if you wanna just play burnt games you need to flash your dvd drive and since its a liteon youll need to buy a probe to do it yourself

    it sounds like your trying to do too much at once figure things out one by one there are tons of helpful tutorials on here that i would watch over anything i find on google focus on modding 1 game at a time for the game save and when that game is done move onto the next game when all the games are done look into flashing your dvd drive it is really easy when you have the right equipment

    take your time and be cautious do not rush these things lots of people have been doing this for years so you cant try to consume all the knowledge in a short period of time

    slow and steady wins the race

    Well actually I am just modding game saves for now. I was just seeing what was involved with modding the system but I am not in a hurry to do that and I am waiting on that till later. I already modded 2 game saves which was Blue Dragon, and Enchanted Arms but I already been playing those for awhile now and I am mainly just trying to either mod my Conan save or Too Human save or my Condemned 2: Bloodshot save. Just 1 of those saves I need to find out to mod and I will start my next game until I finish it and then I will go to the next one.

    Condemned 2 was my main one right now I am trying to mod the save but I couldn't figure out the save editor that is in 360Revolution. If someone could tell me what to set everything to on that 1 then I will do it here.

    Thanks,
    Badger1975

    Well I got a Hex editor that was recommended to me and some instructions on how to hex edit my saves so I am just gonna try this route to edit my saves for now. I am gonna use Hex Workshop Hex Editor (32 bit).

    Thanks though for everyones help on this topic and if I have any other problems, I will start another topic on that if so.

    Thanks,
