Resolved 360Rev will not log on

    I can't log on when I start 360REV. It just hangs. It gives no error or indication that it is trying.

    Delete it from your desktop and redownload.

    Tried that. Still nothing. I checked my firewall and gave it full access and ran as admin.

    Ok so I think I fixed it. My password contained special characters. I changed my password to just letters and it let me log on. Unfortunately I have to go to work now. :(

    it's usually if you have special characters in your password. !$@ things like that.

    Original Issue resolved -- special characters prevents user from logging in.
