    I couldn't find a save for Sleeping Dogs to unlock Event Planner, complete all events so I have uploaded mine. <br />
    Unfortunately I have gone too far in to the game to make a save for favors but hopefully will make one for races and 100 and Chief Inspector. Unless their is a save that unlocks these please let us know as this will come in handy for me.<br />

    Anyway do the last drug bust using the TV in your safehouse and this should unlock.<br />
