YouTube has today begun to support the ability to watch user videos at frame rates higher than 30 FPS.Currently the system is still being rolled out, and is only available when watching videos at either 720p or 1080p.The 60 FPS playback is only officially supported by Chrome at the moment, although Internet Explorer users have also reported they can watch videos at higher framerates.Up until now, YouTube has capped most user videos to 30 FPS.This should help a lot of people that have low quality to give from the start. Most people don't even know the basics about videos or how to maintain or set them up. Just at a higher FPS, this should make it easier for those types of people. Source: DualShockers.com
