Bought a HD tv specifically just before the launch of the XBOX but at launch they never released the HD output for PAL users. Now i guess buying a 4k HD TV is a waste. Was looking forward to seeing games play at 4k.
Well I would take a lot of this with a pinch of salt. I have a friend who works for a gaming company and he also stated that it was one of the early developer machines that had issues because the specs changed and they OCd it which caused some heat issues. This 50% difference between xb1 and ps4 has merit but that's down to some driver issues but realistically a 20% difference is what we will see but we wont know this until its out . To be honest specs don't bother me much if they did I would just stick with my gaming PC If the games are good then its a bonus the xbox 1 has a good GPU with enough memory which yes is ddr3 which is where we loose some power but its better for multitasking. Lets see how it goes , I will be getting my xbox one at launch then ps4 later next year.
i feel you on the apps tho, no so much on cod. xbox is trying too hard to impress everyone with kinect, sports, gaming, social media it has forgotten why it was made in the first place. For GAMING!!! M$ is starting to look like apple products. nice, simple, and easy to use; but crappy specs. Tell me a xbox one game that can even compare to "Deep Down" thats enough proof for ya
