While 2014 is stepping aside for 2015 in many countries, apparently the Holidays problems for our consoles’ online services aren’t out of the door yet, as Xbox Live is currently suffering from connectivity issues. Many users are reporting inability to access their friend list and party chat over social media platforms. Luckily, online gaming seems to remain accessible for most users. The cause of the issues is unknown for the moment, even if it could very possibly be a simple surge in traffic as everyone scrambles to wish a happy New Year to their friends.
Hmmm weird. I never had that error on my end. They must have been updating something, or a little bug.
On there service status it was saying there was a problem of some sort but its sorted now back up and running.
