You don't open XBLStealth.xex it is a plugin you have to set in Dashlaunch, hence the error. I'd recommend updating Dashlaunch and your kernel before even going online.

His kernel is out of date thats mainly why just update it to 17150 and set it as a plugin if you have any trouble shoot me a pm.

Now only connection to xbox live is failing. Now I get XBLSE Menu under Settings but I noticed that now I can not open System Settings (when I try to do that nothing happened). Also same thing is with opening dashlaunch installer. Make sure the kv is good just had the same problem. Mine was the kv and if thats the case then the kv may not be compatible with your console but check to make sure.
If you want to connect to Xbox Live, I assume you're trying to do? Disable the following: Ping Patch Live Block and Live Strong Then if and when you get your console banned and want to play System Link in FSd Re-enable the following: Ping Patch Live Block and Live Strong Once this settings have been saved, and the plugin XBLStealth.xex has been set shutdown your console, boot it back up but hold the RB button to boot into the NXE Official Dash and the plugin should fire up saying "XBLSE Enabled" and make sure you have an UN-BANNED UN-SHARED KV!
Well another alternative is to edit your launch.ini (backup the first copy to your desktop) and remove the location of FreeStyleDash, as long you've got your XBLStealth.xex plugin set and xbdm.xex set (So you can access the RGH/JTAG from 360 Neighbourhood) and then if/and when you get your KV banned you can easily replace the launch.ini so it boots by default into FSD again.
Update to DHAS 17150 and when I place --xblse .xex .... plughin 1 and light it all goes well but when I choose my profile and I get a warning FATAL CRHAS Intercepted this is that I can make friends
