WTF? - "3DS Circle Pad Pro battery life extends playing time to 480 hours"?

    The manual for the Nintendo 3DS Circle Pad Pro attachment states that the battery life for the peripheral is 480 hours of play time from one AAA battery. The Circle Pad Pro launches December 10th in Japan and in Europe on January 27th to coincide with the release of Resident Evil: Revelations.


    Dont know about you guys but I'm sceptical about this. ;)​

    480 hours? When computers say 24 hours they mean 2 usually so I'm thinking maybe 12.

    Well i read up on this it does not extend the battery life to the 3DS but rather gives the second circular analogue 480 hours of use.

    What maymod says...
    Thats what the manual means by 480 hours play time, the AAA battery only powers the circle pad, nothing more. Its all a bit missleading really

    i seen one of these about a week ago at a demo nintendo had on and it isnt too bad but i dont know if i will use it enough to get one for my DS more so because i get my vita in febuary and that will have most of the dual pad played on :) but yea the 480 hours is for the extra pad only.
