    Someone uses a J-Tag/RGH to infect their account and hosts a lobby where various mods are active.

    Infected lobbies are lobbies that have been modified to spread to other lobbies. Also it comes from a JTAG or an RGH just google search look on this site, TTG, and s7ensins those are the 3 main modded/infection lobby sites.
