I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum for this, but I was wondering in regards to using other people's gamesaves (specifically the ones that automatically pop achievements), what's the general policy for avoiding an Xbox Live ban? Or is this solely for use by RGH/Jtagged consoles? Thank you, sorry for being such a newb but I can't find the answer anywhere.
load and pop saves are okay if they pop in order and you do them off line, but make sure it dont pop any achievements that you can only get online as that will flag up.hope this helped
Rip is correct. With any form of modding there is that risk. We all do this knowing the risk. But if you dont over do it. IE use 2-3 pop and load saves is just a few hours that would get you banned. Ive been doing this for over 3 years now and have never worried about it and nothing has ever happend.

If you want to be really careful then creating a dumy account on your xbox and testing the saves on that beforehand can be useful, especialy for Load & Pop games as you can see what pops and when.
Few rules to prevent bans. NEVER pop online achievements with ANY tool, EVER Savesets are best used offline with no internet connection and spaced out (to be even safer, turn off/on the power to the xbox while disconnected to xbox live. Resets the internal 360 clock to 12/2005) For every 1000GS, stay offline for 2-3 days Load and pop saves should be used for clean up ONLY, L&P saves have a habit off unlocking out of order. Keeping to these rules, you'll be as safe as you can be.
