Looks nice! I can put the text at the right a bit higher. Do you have the latest logo? You need an Avatar too for FB?

looks really great, only thing i would look to change is the text alignment for the B and the R on the text for the right hand side, text is either been shrunk now making the font display off or the font isn't the best for displaying straight which for this sort of banner isn't the best. Other than that it looks really good.
Font looks a lot better bud, only me being OCD but the lettering alignment on the left panel either could be with all following the same method of going continually forward as it declines or all on the same starting point, as it seems the final line of text returns to the starting point but the others run out a extra space, could be you have changed when using the psd and left a space in there thinking its aligned left or meant to have done it, like i said its me being OCD. but looks really tidy otherwise.
