    how exactly does this work?

    I've started the game, using launch_trainer.xex.

    In-Game I make push Start+Back to (make a screenshot) and activate the trainer (I'don't see any osd for this).
    Now i push LB+A (Multiply Items) and it says "multiple items activated.

    But now what?

    never used a trainer before... ;)
