Star Wars Battlefront will reportedly be coming first to the Xbox One, thanks to EA Access. This was confirmed in a tweet by Head of Xbox, Phil Spencer himself, in a tweet a few days ago. "Yes you can play SW: Battlefront first on Xbox One, exclusively with EA Access," said Spencer. This may come as a shock to many since the next Star Wars game debut was heavily labled with PS4 logos at E3, which sent off the vibe that it had a partnership with Sony. The PS4 logo was smacked on things such as pictures at E3 of Star Wars Battlefront, to even in the beginning of preview gameplay of the game. Not only this, but it was reported by BravoIntel a few months ago, that PS4 was the "leading console" for this Star Wars release. Many people have asked EA about an official word on the PS4 matter, but with no response yet. Nobody knows how much exclusive gameplay time that an EA Access subscription will provide, but seeing with the amount of early access gameplay we had on games such as Battlefield Hardline with 10 hours of early access gameplay, Xbox One users may soon be entitled to some serious bragging towards PS4 users.
