Sleeping Dogs Save Editor/Game save for Japanese Version, will pay for help!

Hello! I am looking for someone that could possibly help me out with a Save editor for the Japanese Version (NTSC-J) of Sleeping Dogs for the 360. I am NOT talking about the NTSC version of this game, I am talking about the NTSC-J version of this game. I have already tried to see if the Save editors/Save sets would work with the Japense version of Sleeping Dogs for the 360, but sadly they don't! Even if someone possibly knows how to make saves that were made on the NTSC version of this game work for the NTSC-J version that would be a huge help as well. I am willing to pay Via PayPal to anyone who is willing to help me with this, if it is needed.
