Xpgamesaves Community Rules The introductions section is for INTRODUCTIONS ONLY!!!! We have updated our Gamesharing terms. In order for you to be able to gain access to the gamesharing forums, you will have to achieve 5 posts anywhere on the site. Keep in mind that anything that is considered spam such as: "aaaaaa" , "tnxs", "awdawdawfaf" "bro" "thx" or Quoting without a reply is a bannable offense. So please create useful posts as you try to achieve these 5 posts. Once you have reached 5 posts you will have a small waiting time of 15 minutes before you are auto promoted into the "Member" user group. Once you are auto promoted into this user group you will finally have access to create a thread and reply in the game sharing forums. If you encounter any issues please let us know. We will do everything possible to assist you. General Conduct : 1.0 / Xpgamesaves will not tolerate hate speech in any form. This includes but is not limited to racist slang terms, hateful comments based on skin color or background, religious bashing or intolerance, Happy bashing, sexist or misogynistic material, faith based prejudicial statements, derogatory remarks, and all poor taste jokes about these topics. As such all topics on religion are prohibited in any section of this website. 1.1 / Boosting of your reputation, or helping others to boost their reputation is strictly forbidden and if your found to be abusing that system you will be banned. Reputation must be earned. 1.1 a / Creating multiple user accounts is against XPGamesaves Board Rules and will be seen as Reputation Boosting. If found using multiple accounts, both accounts will be banned along with your IP address. 1.1 b / Creating a name with jumbled letters in such as kh;lj;klj;kj or whatever or your member name is unreadable will be deleted. Please pick a name that makes sense and is unique to you. No foul language in it either. 1.2 / Offensive language is unacceptable.There is no need to use profanities , so please don't. 1.3 / On a similar note, participating in spam attacks (post riots, etc.) on the xpgamesaves Boards or planning a spam attack on the xpgamesaves Message Boards or any other Website is unacceptable, and these actions will be reported to your ISP. 1.4 / This is an English-speaking forum. All messages, posts, titles, and content must be in English. 1.5 / Mini-modding is not tolerated. , all problems should be reported to the staff. If you see something that you think is in the wrong section or spam then please use the report button, that's why its there! 1.6 / You may not impersonate another board member or create an account specifically for the purpose of provoking other users. Also, accessing or using someone else's account or attempting to access another poster's account is strictly prohibited. If you engage in this type of behavior, you will be barred from the boards permanently. Topic and Post Guidelines 1.7 / When posting choose the title carefully. Topics named " Help" generally get ignored , try to use something related to the topic content. I.E " How to setup my Jtag " or " How to use game saves " 1.8 / Spam posts are not tolerated. I.E posting "Hi" or drgsdghfghfghfgh , or spam advertising. Think of it as , if its not contextual or related to the topic title... chances are its spam! 1.8 a / Spamming a thread to unlock content is strictly forbidden, posting things like aaaaaa or dyiyffy9 will result in a instant ban which will not be undone. 1.9 / Keep subjects on the original topic that they were created. 2.0 / Xpgamesaves board users agree not to post any material that is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, E.G Warez without the express permission of the owner(s) of said copyright, trademark or other proprietary right. For example: You may not post any warez or links to sites that host warez files: Default Xex, ISOs, DLC, Eboot, Roms,Emulators etc.... 2.1 / Posting for the pure purpose of driving traffic to your own website or any other is not allowed. This includes any pyramid schemes, free offers, other board systems, money making ventures, Donation/Charity Schemes etc. These boards are not an advertising platform for you to use. Spam advertising via the Private Message system will result in immediate termination of your account. If you would like to advertise on Xpgamesaves then please contact the board administrator. 2.2 / Do not, under any circumstances post your email address within the forums at any time. This is to protect you from SPAM and to prevent unwanted emails from other members. Use the PM system to send this information to people. 2.2a / As for gamer tags, you post them at your own risk, you know what type of site this is and if that information is brought to Microsoft's attention you'll likely get reset or banned if they decide to "use the microscope" on your profile. 2.3 / Adult Content: We do not allow adult content on Xpgamesaves, including images or videos that contain nudity, sexual activity, violence or drug use. This includes images in avatars, signatures and profile content. If in doubt ask a member of staff. An example of images not allowed are: Strategically covered nudity Sheer or see-through clothing Lewd or provocative poses Close-ups of breasts, buttocks, or crotches Warning and Banning 2.4 / Moderators will warn or ban at their own discretion. Their decision is final. 2.5 / Intentionally Advertising , posting pron , is in most cases a bannable offense. 2.6 / Creating an alternate username and logging into the boards to continue to post will result in added ban time to your original banned account and the new username will be permanently banned, along with your IP address. Marketplace 2.7 / The marketplace forum is where you can sell, buy, or trade items with your fellow xpgamesaves members. Please only post item threads in these forums. They may be deleted anywhere else. Any Items you wish to sell must have Photo Proof with Date and XPG Username added to it. No selling of stolen items permitted, items gained by social engineering or selling for a friend! If you don't own it you don't sell it! 2.7 a / No selling of KV's, Booters, Cracks ,Warez, ISO's or Modded ISO's is permitted. Anyone caught selling these items or using Booters or RAT's etc against XPGamesaves members will be banned instantly and your details forwarded to your ISP. 2.7 b / Sales, Services and Gameshares may only be conducted on the XPGamesaves boards via the thread you created for your sale or via the PM System. No Gamertags, Skype, ***, AIM or Social Media details are allowed. 2.7 c / We Understand that life can be tough and we are sorry if you have lost someone dear to you but adding personal issues like a person has passed away has no bearing on any sales that are conducted on XPG so please leave them out of your post. 2.7 d / All services that members run in the marketplace will require an active gold subscription. Services that require a gold subscription are listed below: All Call of Duty Recovery Services. Grand Theft Auto Recovery Service. Digital Sales, Xbox Live, PSN Codes etc. 2.8 / Xpgamesaves is in no way involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers in the marketplace. Xpgamesaves accepts no responsibility for the legality, safety, accuracy, or legitimacy of the items listed on the Classified boards. Since we cannot guarantee that a buyer or seller will complete a transaction, both parties accept full responsibility for any transactions occurring through the marketplace. Shoutbox Rules 2.9 / The shoutbox is for smalltalk only. No swearing, No Flaming, Asking Support questions or anything related to the boards forums are not to be posted. If any of this occurs in the Shoutbox it will result in the following: First time will be a warning. Second time will be a seven day suspension from the shoutbox Third time will result in a perma shoutbox ban. Premium Content Leaking 3.0 / Any premium members found to be leaking premium content will be banned. 3.1 / Non premium members are not to ask Premium members for premium content. If found to do so, you will be banned. Modded Lobbies/Recoveries and Verification 3.2 / Lobby hosts only need to be verified when they are charging for recoveries or lobbies. If you don't charge you don't need verification, Charging also includes asking for donations. 3.3 / Lobbies are to be hosted by the person who is advertising them, do not post on behalf of someone else. All proof of lobbies are to be made for Xpgamesaves, proof from other sites will not be accepted and will be removed. 3.4 / All paid lobbies and recoveries require an active gold membership on site and verification by two Service Moderators Disclaimer Xpgamesaves has the right but not the obligation to monitor and/or moderate the xpgamesaves Boards. Xpgamesaves reserves the right to change any or all other parts of this User Agreement at its sole discretion and without notice, including but not limited to implementing Rules of Conduct, Terms of Service and/or other measures.
