How odd, that sounds like an issue with the changed file. When you were adding Fallout 3 PC did the software you were using crash when you were saving your profile? If so it can corrupt the changed file, I've had this happen for a few games I basically just re-did the whole process until the xbox liked it. Which luckily didn't take long...What I would also do is extract your profile onto your computer (the current version that has the GS but not the game) & once in exPE or whatever it is you are using and see if it detects the game there. If not then yeah again just add the exGPD like before-->save-->add changed file (GPD) in horizon or modio--. save rehash resign etc save to device and see what happens.

I noticed a lot of the games are like the Saw one all achievements can be unlocked offline but done online..

So it's safe to edit setting them all as offline if i make sure the order stays the same?

Out of interest I noticed when I import one of my own games which was done on my rgh console it shows the game complete offline but it has time/date stamps on it (this can't be edited for other games can it to have offline games with those details)

Yeah it's just how people unlocked them at the time...setting them to offline is safe assuming you dont pop offline to add them to your profile & come back on live 5 minutes & 1000G later...that would be stupid...if you plan to add games go offline for a week or so that way its far less suspicous...But still add in moderation...one week offline doesn't mean you pop all offline titles offline...2,500-3000G a week would be accetable but anymore than that would be asking for trouble.

When you do change online achievements to offline with exPE uncheck the box that says unlock on top so it will keep exGPD in the order in which you downloaded it. As for your rgh console question, I'm afraid I can't answer that with any certainty as I don't have one myself. It sounds like it may have just copied the formatting from exPE as when games are unlocked offline on there it often has a time stamp set to 10:00:00 01/01/1601, although for normal consoles obviously this timestamp doesnt transfer over...You may have to comb through forum threads on rgh consoles and see if anyone has seen a similar or same problem. Other than I have no idea how to help, maybe a well knowledged rgh owner can weigh in here?

I'm not sure that's needed; If you're online & connected to XBOX Live while playing a game -- all the achievements will be recorded as having "Unlocked Online" with an online Timestamp, regardless of whether or not the are online or offline achievements. But it is very simply to convert these achievements to Offline achievements in exPE once you've added the achievements to your profile. I would rather it be the responsibility & effort on the part of the downloader rather then the uploader to decide if they want converted to Offline, or if they want to keep the Online status. Some gamers might prefer to keep them as Online Unlocked. As long as they are legit order and the Timestamps make sense, there's nothing wrong with that.

As Discerper pointed out, in exPE, once you have the title added into your profile properly; simply select all the Achievements (You can press Shift+Arrows) and uncheck "Download Pictures" and uncheck "Unlock on top", and check the "Unlock Offline" button. Hit "Set" and that's it!! All the Online Unlocked convert to Offline Unlocked and you can also check the Played to Offline Only up top so that it will reflect that you've only played this game Offline.

Just make sure you do this BEFORE you sync your profile with XBOX Live. Once a game registers with Online Achievements on XBOX Live, you won't be able to change it to Offline at that point.

It's simple, it's quick, and it leaves the decision in the hands of the Downloader whether they want Offline Unlocked or Online Unlocked, as opposed to the Uploader taking extra steps.

EDIT: I'm not clear on your RGH issue; explain it a little more. I have an RGH and I haven't encountered the issue you're talking about.

Did you follow the video tutorials in this thread? Can you be more specific; give more details about your issue.

Edit: Nevermind, I didn't realize you were already in conversation with Discerper about this issue.

thanks for that and other peoples help.

So really i could download any game with online achievements like lets say for example gears of war and then just remove all online mode achievements so it looks like i completed story mode offline would this remove if there is extra settings data in the gpd?

The time stamping when offline isn't only on rgh i noticed my retail console doing it as well I think it's to do with if you have your console plugged in to the mains all the time with the correct date set also i noticed in expe it sets date to 1601 but some legit ones i have show 1701.

That's correct! I have done that myself. Lock up all the Online Only achievements (Achievements that cannot be unlocked offline) and leave the Offline/Online ones unlocked and you have yourself the single-player campaign fully completed. I believe with Gears Of War, you can get up to 550GS on Single-Player Offline, and another 200GS in Co-Op (Which also qualifies for Offline achievements).

Don't worry about the 1601/1701 timestamp; as long as they are showing up as Offline, that's all that matters.

This is happening to me also I think the Fallout 3 PC download is messed up somehow?
When I tried it it appears on my gamertag just fine when im offline but if I sign into xbox live fallout 3 pc will dissapear from my gamertag but the the overall gamerscore will stay the same (making it out of sync)
and I have used exGPD files before so im doing it properly

I just noticed the same thing it shows all my games i have added as being offline then once i connect to xblive they all set todays date (do you think this is a bug in expe?) or have you founf away around it?

looks bit iffy if load of games have all offline achievements but they are listed as last played in same day

Hi I got your PM as well regarding this issue, you are the second person to report this issue, I have tried & successfully uploaded the Fallout 3 PC exGPD to a guest account & the archive creator Mickey has also managed to get it to work. I can't honestly say what may be the issue here...I am going to upload it again to another profile & see what happens...If I manage to get it to work then I would suggest you made a mistake somewhere, if it doesn't upload successfully then I will need to get hold of Mickey and have the file taken down. No one can go around with an invisible 1550G game on their tag...It is just asking for trouble...I will give you a result in around half an hour if I successfully added Fallout 3 PC to a guest tag...

I'm not sure what the reason for this is but I haven't found a solution to it...it certainly looks iffy but you can argue that you loaded up the game on the day or something...Nobody has to know if you actually even own the game or not...that or try hiding it amongst other games?

Uploaded Halo 4, Ultimate MK3, Forza 2 & Forza 3 Only problem is with Forza MotorSport 3 I kept on getting a Message saying the file was already uploaded and so I went to the Bulk Uploader BUT I forgot to enter My username -_- so if there is anyway the Creator can Add my XPG User to the Upload I'd be thankful.

Ok so the topic has gone rather cold at the moment, apologies for the belated response ShirouKaze but I'm sure credit will be given for you where it is due.

Now for exGPD files we do need to be vigilant for games that are still being updated with achievements. Walking dead now has the 400 days DLC, Borderlands 2 has the Tiny Tina's Assault & Metro Last Light is expecting it's first playable DLC soon as well (still not on the marketplace as of the 8th of July). If anyone else can think of games that are no longer 100% complete just state it in the thread. In regards to updating the exGPD's I think the original uploader of the file should get first dibs to upload it again, if they don't want to then first in best dressed would suffice?

D - Thanks for stepping in; I appreciate it.
I'm sorry guys, I've been a bit tied up in work & family matters - is a bit late tonight but I'll start to attend things starting tomorrow - starting with Shirou's uploads.

    Thanks again.

I agree with this as well.

I'm also going to mention a note stating that exGPD's are 100% complete "Excluding DLC", because this situation will arise often where a 100% Complete exGPD is uploaded but a DLC is released thereafter; or even if the DLC is already out, it's not necessary to have it completed. Primary purpose was to have the retail game 100% Complete, DLC is optional - not mandatory.

To make this process easier, the administration tool I talked about earlier will come in handy. Uploader will be able to delete & update exGPD's. I haven't had the chance to start work on it but will do so as soon as I have a chance.

    Thanks!

Ok so as long as it has the original 1000G it is ok for upload? You may need/want to create a set for fully completed games as well... I can see requests popping up for people to do x DLC for y game. I look forward to admin tool being implemented in the near future!

On one of the earlier pages I believe, just start reading from page one until you come across it.
