The Remastered version of Resident Evil 1 has recently been confirmed by CapCom which is set for release early 2015 on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox one and also Steam. Judging from the trailer which can be seen here http://www.xpgamesaves.com/videos/view-2036-resident-evil-trailer-1/ it features all the classic camera angles staying true to the original resident evil classic with redefined HD visuals and audio giving old and new players the opportunity the relive the original Classic on there next gen consoles. Capcom are also running a promo which promises users free additional content if there promotion reaches 100% which can be seen here http://game.capcom.com/campaign/biohd/en/jump.html at the moment it doesn't state what the content will be, could it be a new weapon? could in be extended gameplay? what do you guys think? I can't wait for this! RE1, with achievements? Yes please. I still want a RE2 and RE3 remastered port though. Hopefully if this is successful they will consider it.
yeah i agree re2 and 3 would be epic on next gen, hopefully zero as well i never did get the chance to play that
I'm not sure if Nintendo still hold the license to that, so it might be a slim chance. I think my ***** would spontaneously combust if a Metal Gear Solid 1 remastered port was set to release on all platforms too.
