Sony have now released a PlayStation 4 software update version 2.02 which is set out to improve software stability on the system. The new update comes after Sony released a fix for the console’s Rest Mode was released last week. PS4 users experienced problems powering on their systems from Rest Mode after updating to software update 2.0 recently. PS4 firmware update 2.02 is now out and clocks in at just over 217MB. Contrary to firmware 2.01, this update is mandatory and will restrict you from connecting online unless you download it. Source Sony.
