Problem installing GTA V on RGH Xbox

Hi i have problem with installing gta v on xbox 360.My dash is the newest and i thing i am doing everything right but gta is not loading.It shows a picture after rockstar logo an that its.I have 1 TB external HDD with the game on it and content folder with the needed files from disk 1.I read in the forums that i need to activate gta content files from disk 1 with xm360 but these files is not showing up in the program.What i can do.My hdd is fat32 formated and i think formating 30 gb of it with xbox format will help but i think i will lose everything from hdd or no ? And if i format it to xbox format can i use this hdd like normal or just these 32 gb? Help i wanna play gta v Will it work if i put content files in these xbox formated 30 gb in my hdd ?
